REO Property Management Services: Security and Re-Keying Services

Once the subject property is confirmed vacant, the first priority is to secure the property and change/re-key the locks.  All broken windows and doors must be boarded up until an approval to replace/repair is issued.  All exterior gates must be secured and garage door openers must be disabled or reprogrammed. 

At Repo Response, we are very sensitive to the damage and opportunity that exists to an asset while it is vacant.  Once the asset is secured, we provide routine inspections and status reports until the home is sold.
