Response provides contractor services for banks, lenders, and real
estate agents. We have a growing network of contractors in California
and other states. We provide the following property management services
for REO, Repossessed, Default and Bank-Owned properties.
Here is a list of some of the services we offer
- Security Services: We can provide regular security inspections, locking up property and yard, reporting to you and law enforcement, lock down of windows and gates, electric garage door opener disable, etc.
- Re-Keying Services: Change locks on home, gates, entrances, changing garage door codes, etc.
- Repairs and Remodels: Using contractors we can repair or remodel areas around the home which have been modified by previous owners to make it updated to code, or repair damages in and around the home.
- Eviction Services: We can be your liaison to aid in eviction services.
- Cash-For-Keys Transactions: We act on your behalf to conduct the cash-for-keys transactions that maximize your ability to resell and minimize your costs.
- Property Inspections: We perform initial property inspections, photograph conditions and report back to you on the issues that may cause concern. We can also perform periodic inspections to monitor changes.
- Clean Up / Clean Out / Trash Hauling: Our company has crews that can come in and restore the property back to a condition that makes the property sellable. Our emphasis is on speed and optimizing your financial position.
- Property Winterizations: Winterization can include turning off water, electricity and gas. Additionally, we can lock down the property to reduce vandalism attempts and damage.
- Yard, Pool and Property Maintenance: We have staff that will cut back overgrown shrubbery, mow lawns, restore the pool/spa, and conduct regular maintenance to ensure the property presents well for sale.
